A: None. As mentioned earlier, the compliance with the OFAC requirements is self declared. You may be asked to check off a box when purchasing tickets from an airline that indicates that you're eligible to travel, but that's it. Cuban immigration won't ask for any documentation about compliance with the OFAC categories. There have been some recent questions about having an itinerary prior to traveling but it's not necessary. According to the OFAC Cuba FAQ, "U.S. travelers utilizing a general or specific license are also required to retain for five years records associated with their travel to Cuba." In reality, nobody is likely ever going to ask to see those records.
Q: What category should I choose from the OFAC categories?
A: Whichever one most accurately describes the purpose of your visit. It seems that most people choose "People to People" or "Support for the Cuban". The OFAC Cuba FAQ is pretty specific about the criteria for each of the categories, and "People to People" probably doesn't mean spending some time talking with Cuban people or staying in a Casa Particular rather than a hotel. Support for Cuban people probably doesn't mean doing a lot of shopping or giving some person on the street some money to buy milk. In reality, nobody is going to interrogate you regarding your level of compliance with one of the categories. (...) >>
